Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, assessments, quotes, bookings, purchases and services supplied by GRIDHUB. They should be read with any written quote, scope of work and product warranty provided to you.
Preliminary assessments
Website calculators, pathway results, savings ranges and rebate information are general estimates only. Final recommendations, system size, savings, eligibility and pricing depend on confirmed daily kWh usage, tariffs, site conditions, network and program rules, product availability and a technical assessment.
Quotes and installation
A purchase or booking is subject to GRIDHUB confirming the site, electrical capacity, switchboard, access, cable route, approvals and product availability. Commercial AC charging and all DC charging require a site assessment before final pricing. Installation timeframes are estimates; where stated, installation within two weeks means typically within two weeks after site approval, required information, stock and any deposit have been confirmed.
EV charger booking deposit
The $250 EV charger installation booking deposit is credited toward the final approved residential installation invoice. It is not the full purchase price. Any additional electrical, civil, switchboard, cable, protection, network or compliance work will be identified and agreed before it is carried out.
Payments and ownership
Prices shown for consumer purchases are GST inclusive unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is due as described at checkout, in the quote or on the invoice. Products remain GRIDHUB property until paid for in full, to the extent permitted by law.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, safe access to the site and disclose known hazards, asbestos, access restrictions and relevant electrical or building issues. Changes requested after approval may change the price and timeframe.
Consumer guarantees and warranties
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to any statutory guarantees. Warranty claims may require inspection, evidence of purchase and compliance with operating requirements.
